Apart from the University main library and the general faculty library, there is a departmental library for the benefit of students, faculties and researchers of the department. The Library has more than 7500 books covering various areas of Computer Science and Engineering. In addition, it also has E-resources to access Journals / Magazines with Internet facilities.

Placemeny Cell
          The department placement cell offers assistance to the students in securing good placements by conducting training programs / Technical talks from Industrial Experts. Frequently Asked Questions for core subjects of Computer Science and Engineering has been prepared and published in student portal, and motivation classes, technical guidance, soft skills development, on-line tests, mock interviews, group discussions are conducted periodically. The Placement Cell has successfully placed more than 300 students in various companies.

Associations and Clubs
          The Computer Science and Engineering Association (CSEA), and Computer Society of India (CSI), Annamalainagar Chapter promote the leadership and organisational skills of the students by conducting various academic events throughout the year. The activities range from hosting campus events and handling external resources, placements, alumni, sports, social service and cultural events and festivals. These club activities provide students with an opportunity to explore their interests and capabilities.
